Editorial Policy

Qorpus publishes three regular editions annually. The works submitted to the journal undergo a blind peer review and are linked to the area of ​​concentration of the Graduate Program in Translation Studies at UFSC: Retextualization processes, as well as their lines of research: Linguistic, literary and multidisciplinary studies of translation and interpretation.

Focus and Scope

The Qorpus journal is an open access digital publication currently linked to the Graduate Program in Translation Studies at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (PPGET/UFSC). Inserted in the area of ​​Linguistics, Letters and Arts, Qorpus’ mission is to expand the spread of academic papers on Translation Studies, more specifically, their intersections with Literature, Dramaturgy and the Arts.

It publishes collaborations of unpublished articles and essays in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French; literary translations, commented translations, and article translations; reviews; literary, visual creative texts; and interviews with writers, translators, professors, and authorities in the journal’s areas of interest. Qorpus is intended for researchers as well as for a non-academic audience interested in the journal’s topics.
